I followed the link to Bill's site, and from there I ended up reading about the USBenefits Chexcard. Do anyone have one of these cards? We could not get a checking account because of a listing on Chex system.

    Thanks

Chex systems is a CRA. They fall under the FCRA. You can dispute it just like any other derog.

    Debit card, no chex/credit check

I am sorry, I did not make myself clear. I found this on the chex system bites website. It is a debit card, which requires no chex system check (say that 10 x fast), and no credit check. Here is the address:

    http://www.usbenefits.net/chexcard_faq.htm

Has anyone heard of US Benefits?
