A friend has asked me what is "unsatisfactory handling"? His BofA account info states this, but shows no money owed or anything. I can't figure this one out! And then his new Chex report came with 2 or 3 returned checks from "TAR-JAY" (target). The oiginal report says nothing about these items. This sucks. What can we do?
order report. Fax dispute. Hope it works Thats what i did. B of A will close your account if you bounce too many checks (depository/written). I think thats what they did to me eons ago as well.
