Honestly Charlie, Girl Scouts honor!!!!!!!!! I thought that was surely a mis-type. I've read everything I could find on ChexSystems because I was so enraged at BofA, twice over, quizzed the loan and customer service honchos at my own CU! I've never come across a BANK reporting to the three major CRA's, and it is my understanding they can't do so, that's why they banded together and the ChexSystem worked until they were determined to be a CRA as well.
