rant The more I hear about this company, the more I completely despise them. What a bunch of fricking parasites! You bounce one $15 check to Papa Johns and you can't get a checking account??! That's outrageous. Meanwhile, Worldcom's books are off by > $7 billion (and ok, some of them are going to jail. But, I bet they still can get checking accounts)! So unfair. Whoever started that company should be hit in the face with a bat. Several times. Please tell me someone here has sued them or done some kind of damage to them at least once. /rant
I really don't think it is a good idea to hold your feelings in like you are doing in this post. You need you let your anger out!!!! LOL...... Seriously, I have never heard of anyone suing them. When I was disputing them, I scoured the internet searching for anything on them to help me. Is it possible for you to dispute your entries?
Geez, things must really be changing, when I worked in the financial field (been out 3 years), we only turned people in after SEVERAL attempts and several warnings to clear overdrafts. The only time it was immediate was when it was flat out fraud or extremely suspicious. What the heck is going on?? Newstdt
