I came across my favorite, non-hot, Chicken Wing recipe tonight and thought that someone else on the forum might enjoy it. I usually prefer my wings hot but wife and daughter like mild. I started making this for them and found that I enjoyed it was well.

    2 lbs chicken wings
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp lime juice
    2 tsp cornstarch
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed through a press (garlic powder works fine)
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl and mix well. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Marinate at room temperature for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425°. Arrange the wings in a single layer in a large baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, turning once.
