My boyfriend and I have 3 children, ages 9, 7, and 4. When I was pregnant with my 7 year old, I filed for AFDC, and was required to file for child support. I collected AFDC for about 7 months, and began working full time when my daughter was about 3 months old. By that time my boyfriend and I were back together. We have lived together ever since, and have had another child since then. My boyfriend now owes thousands of dollars of back child support, although he has actually been living with the children and caring for them (I work full time and he stays home with the kids). Is it possible to have the original child support order completely reversed? He would like to get his drivers license back and plans to begin working at least part time now that our youngest child will be in school. (Also, I have since repaid the county for the aid I received).
