Well I got my CHOD results back from Equifax regarding Ford and the late pays, etc. and it was a big fat "THE PRIOR PAYING HISTORY ON THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN UPDATED". Of course nothihg was updated. So I immediately went on line and re-disputed which in retrospect was not a good idea. I should of mailed a letter. Oh well...
I feel your pain. I'm right there with you - 1 result in = 0 deletions. I'm still waiting on the letter I sent to the cra re: failure of gulf state to validate, but still reporting. It'll probably take the full 30 days because gulf state won't answer, they'll delete and 2 months later gulf state will re-report it and then everybody gets sued all over again. They never learn.
