Suggestion: Next Monday, how about you (Nave, since it was your idea) start a thread called something like CHOD Scorekeeping. Maybe in the Feedback Forum, just so it will be easier to find later. No rants, no questions. Just a list of how many and of what type disputes and with which CRA did each person generate? In about a month we can start tallying results. Could be interesting.
