    ??? About Denials...

    After reading the posts above, I am wondering if the timing matters on the denials used for damages.

    Also, do you have to have denials for companies that only pull one cra?

    I'm sure your denial would have to be the same time you have the CO on your CR. Is this what you are talking about?

    I am actually wondering if the denial needs to happen during or after the disputing process.

    In other words, if I am denied for credit multiple times over several months, and then I sue a cra, do all of those count as damages?

    the only thing that would matter is that the error is on the report when you apply.

    They won't get that technical. In dispute, out of dispute... and applying. Relax about that.

    you just wouldn't be able to say the error is causing a denial is it's not on the report...

    I also realized a really stupid thing I had done- There are no inquiries on some of our reports, so I cannot prove a denial...
