Christie, how did your court deal go the other day? Was it in Austin or a JP or in a surrounding town? I have a paralegal that just moved to the Austin area and he was asking where the best law library was. I told him UT, but I really didn't know. He's up around Round Rock. Maybe Southwestern?? The best law library is definately at UT-Law. They have one of the top 5 law libraries in the nation.
I only saw an attorney, haven't been to court and most likely won't be going. It appears all 3 are willing to settle out of court. I will post as soon as I can, right now there is information I can't give out and may not be able to after it's done. It depends on what they tell me.
