Cimarron Mortgage?

    Does anyone know anything about Cimarron Mortgage d\b\a The Mortgage Warehouse?

    I reviewed a signed mortgage document from them for someone else and it looked really funny.

    There was one document titled "MORTGAGE" and that was about it.

    I noticed that on my previous mortgages, we were signing both a document titled "MORTGAGE" and a document called "NOTE".

    The documents that I have looked at had the NOTE paperwork missing.

    They did not have the amount of monthly payment listed and the address to which the payment was supposed to be sent. The interest of the mortgage was not listed either. There was no "Borrowers promise to pay" paragraph.

    Like I said, it looks to me like a 2 vital pages are missing.
