   My husband has a cingular wireless chargeoff in the amount of $831.00(of course the original amount was much, much less). He has been receiving a letter from a CA (Frost-Arnett Company) for $980.71. It is not showing on his CR YET!! Any advice for negotiation or removal of OC TL or to deal with the CA?

   I would start out by sending a validation/dispute letter to the CA immediately, to try and avoid it having placed on his CR.
