Hi all, I apologize if this question has already been answered somewhere. I was wondering if anyone: 1. Has had any luck with a goodwill letter to Circuit City/First North American National Bank as far as getting 30 day lates removed from your CR goes and 2. Has a good contact person to address a goodwill letter to (preferably female and in a managerial position) I've been scouring the internet for someone, anyone to send a letter to, but I've come up with nil.
