In Illinois, how many times can a judgement creditor do a Citation to Discover Assets on my bank although it has been done once on each bank and they found out that my income from all sources was exempt. I want to know if they can take my income tax refund. They got their judgement by getting the judge to call the case at 9:00am and my court time was 9:30 am and then the judge refused to hear it again
