I have one already with a $10,000 CL but I just received another offer in the mail for the same thing but with a 0% BT until July 2004. I would love to take the offer but I don't want a hard pulled. Is there anyway I can talk them into just going by the last hard they pulled? Is there anything I can do to get the card based on my other platinum from Citi?

Citi will pull a hard and they do not negotiate, trust me, I've spent the past year in a call center taking these apps by phone, remember you cannot transfer from one citi to another as well.

Yea I didn't think I could transfer a balance from citi ti citi. But I just transfered 1/2 my balance from Citi @9.65% to MBNA at 0% for 5 months. I just want to transfer the remaining balance in 5 months to another 0%. Its the only way to move the balance down any significant amount. I guess I will take the hard hit.

I am dying to apply with that add, but afraid of denial! Anyone know what kind of scores they are looking for?

    thetravele,

They may not approve you another card if your current opened within 3 to 6 months. By the way, they aleays pull another inquiry for applying anotheer card. By the way, you cannot have more than 2 cards with them otherwise they will deduction portion of credit line to open another account.

I have had the card for 6+ years. I was just curious if it could be done. I am sure by the time my 0% BT comes to an end with my other cards I will have another offer from someone else. Thanks for your help people.

Not true about the two card limit. I have three and didn't have to transfer any portion of a credit line to get the third. They said three is the limit when I applied for a fourth.

funny as it is, they issue the ATT card so you can in fact have 6 total

Probably three is the limit because they count AT&T Universal Card as a CITI CARDS. They don't count Citibank USA and the Associates credit cards as Citi Cards.
