Citi AA- checking status

    I did the BDD a week ago. Got the same message on both - we will notify you by mail. I'm impatient. Is their a number to call to check the status? If so, is it automated or will a real person answer?

    They have not called me at work or home so I don't know what to expect. Last time they pulled Experian, but nothing is showing on Experian this time.

    I called 1-888-766-2484 (for the AA MC). Got live rep.

    Karen,

    Citibank's credit status dept is 1-301-733-5501. Listen for the appropriate promts. If you don't want to foot the LD bill, call 1-800-950-5114 and ask to be transferred to the credit dept.
