Citi AA cl increase w/ balances??

Here's the rules:
Account open 6 months (sometimes they bend this)
No increases in past 6 months
TU score (they will pull one or have already) is okay
Balances not too high recently
Payments not minimum recently

There's a whole list somewhere..

 

I got $2,000 increase without asking on Oct.Original credit line was $9,000 and balance was $6,800.
