Citibank's Cardmember Central Services will be unavailable on 11/18/01 from 12:01 am ET to 2:00 am ET. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I saw this message when I was paying bills. Just thought I would pass this along in case anyone needs access to their accounts before this site goes down. Looks like the are making changes, when you pay now it gives you date it "should" post.
