Neither Citi nor MBNA has been reporting to the CRA's on my accounts on a monthly basis. Has anyone else had this happen? How often do they report? And, on new Citi accounts, how soon before they show up on your credit reports?
What Citi card do you have? I believe some (such as the World AAdvantage cards) don't report. Mine have all reported (AAGold AASilver and Plat Select). In any case for the ones that are reported, I have heard they (Citi) do not report monthly but in 3 or 4 month intervals...I have not gotten enough reports to confirm or deny this, I only saw that they showed up (1 report since) not how often they report. -Peace, Dave
I've had my citi AAdvantage and plat. select since august. Only reported once (in september). nothing for october or november, hopefully they'll do it in december. Hope this helps -Roman
Well MBNA reported before I even got the card! I'm not quite sure on how often they report. Citi on the other hand is terrible at reporting. I would say that they report about every 4 months.
