I stated in my previous post that I received an online approval for the Aadvantage Gold with a $4,000 limit, and then received a denial in the mail. Well, I PFB's them and received a letter yesterday advising that I was approved after reconsideration! And for a $5,000 limit! This should drastically help my utilization which is currently at 80% (down from 97% a couple months ago). It will also help me to pay MBNA that much sooner and I'll just keep their account open for its age.
That's awesome - and fair - of them! I didn't think it was cool to approve you and then just take it away. AWESOME!!!
