   I was just told that there is no BT deal available for my account. She said that means I cannot make any BT's from the account. Why? Is this because of my history or some other reason? Is it just me or is it Citi? Any idea on how do get them to approve a BT?
   
   She said that if I wanted, I could get cash advances at 19.99%.

   I can't get a BT either...SO IT IS THE SOCK DRAWER COLLECTING LINT...AND I TOLD THEM IT WILL STAY THERE!!!
