I applied for all of them at the same time.. what I did was open 4 windows, 2 gold 2 silver.. and apply for 4.. and hit submit.

I was trying to get them all approved.. what I ended up getting was the gold, then silver and 2 decline letters.

I am going to combine them now.. will keep you guys posted if you guys want to know.

BTW, my CE score was 761.

Well I just finished talking to the CSR.. I converted both into Platinum Dividend since the interest rate is lower..

but what I don't get is the CSR told me I would be getting TWO different ACCOUNT #'s for the two cards and he couldn't consolidate them into 1??? Did this happen to you guys??

My AAGOLD was made into a PLATINUM SELECT and I added the AASILVER credit limit to the PLATINUM SELECT account at a later date since they DIDN'T LISTEN!!!

ahah....."letters" was the clue. fwiw for any inquiring minds who wanna know, Ender applied for the citi cards roughly 1 month ago. But before jumping to any conclusions, it is also interesting to note that Ender's posts a month ago also seemed to play a role in catalyzing the assumption the BDD was broken.

(also, an OT question for Ender...prior to your FUSA yahoo what was the largest single credit line appearing on your EXP regardless of whether individual or AU?)

solzy: largest credit line reporting was 12.5k everbank?

I actually thougt the Citi BDD was broken too when I applied.. because at the time, I had only received the gold... but THREE rejection letters.. the silver only just came recently which was a surprise to me.

I think I waited 2+ weeks for my AASILVER after I got my AAGOLD...
