Ok, i hear everyone talking about BDD with Citi. I received a preapproval in mail from them for "platinum select mc", which i was declined for. Which card is the BDD for. On the website their is the Citi Platinum select/AAdvantage world mc and Citi Gold/AAdvantage World Mastercard. Im i reading this correctly. The citi gold is similar to an amex green that i already have with paying balance in full every month with *no set spending limit*(i know based on history, spending, etc) OK, im assuming everyone is referring to the "Citi Platinum select/AAdvantage world mc with annual fee? Is this card the same as the highly advertised card (Platinum select) that i recieve thru preapprovals and coupons section of Sunday paper? Im a little confused. Any clarifications would be greatly appreciated.
George, which card do u apply for to enter Citi. GOld/AAdvantage or World/Advantage (I have applied with Citi in past and they mentioned my fico score was fine, but internal score was too low to be approved). Is the internal score range for aadvantage cards different than normal platinum select that i recieve through preapproval every couple months by mail?
Re: Re: Citi BDD? BDD "WAS" AASILVER + AAGOLD THEN TRADE FOR PLATINUM SELECT NOT WORLD THINGS HAVE CHANGED...
Re: Re: Citi BDD? Internal scoring can be a history of account experience you or someone in your household had with Citi. Citi is not a FICO driven lender
