Quick question, generally how long should one wait before requesting a C/L increase from Citi? . I got my last C/L increase in June (3.9K to 5K). Which is better to use, the website or request from customer service. Will they pull a hard inquiry from TU or EXP? I have a Citi AA World MC, almost 90% to its limit - but I pay down about $1,000 each month. Use it mostly for everyday expenses, travel, etc (for the miles). Thanks in advance for any info. For me it was six months for the first increase and three months for the second. If this theory proves true I should get another increase on the 11th of this month. I'll post back to this thread if I do.
