Citi is very funny. I have a platinum with them for the last 7 years or so. When my balance is more than $2500 my rate is 9.65. When my balance is LESS than $2500 it goes to 11.65. Time to talk to retention again. The balance is going to be paid off this month and then BT back to them at 4.9 for the life of the BT. Little games the CC companies play.
