I applied for a Citi AA and was approved instantly. The following day, I applied for the Citi Sony Plat and the response , will send a response to your address once your application is processed. Does this mean I applied to early, which means denied, or maybe thats one too many Citi cards?
the CitiAA card is the easiest to get. I applied for the gold AA and got it too. I think the Sony card is considered platinum and is difficult to get. Good luck!
Kitty, I'm not sure about this, but I believed I read somewhere you could only apply for a Citi card once every 30 days. So the Sony card may be denied to you, but not because of your credit. I would try again in 30-45 days. Good luck. Dani
Dani's right, there's a frequency-limit on multiple applications. Last time I inquired, they said they can consider up to 2 applications within any 60 days. Saar
I dont understand all the confusion. Citi will approve/take 2 applications in 60 days only. Just call the # above to see if you are approved no big deal. If they say no, ask if they can use the same applicaton to approve you for the AA gold card...if not wait s months and apply for that one. Good luck!
