Citi Diamond approved/declined?

    I killed Crap 1 recently and was looking for a new card to replace the loss of that one. I ended up applying online and getting the message "We will notify you at the address you have provided as soon as your request is processed". Have you guys got this message before and were you approved or declined?

    Those people go home early. Their line states it's open until 8 eastern, but I called at 7:52 and their recording was already up to call back tomorrow.

    Probably had a FAST CLOCK or they had 50 people "IN CUE"

    What horrible customer service. At Cingular, our queues are open until closing time and then everyone in queue gets handled. Guess that's their way to avoid paying their employees any OT.

    Access denied.

    Got a 90 late from just a shade under 3 years ago that she said was holding them back from approval. I asked how far back they went and she said typically 2-3 years. So maybe if I had waited another 2 months, it would have gotten approved. Needless to say, I know for certain who's next on the list for validation.
