I have been in a fight with Citi for a month or so. They are reporting DH's account as currently 120 days past due. I have two letters from them stating the account is current, AND is reporting correctly. BTW Past due column shows -0- Nimrods. So, I sent in another dispute to EQ (only CRA reporting it incorrectly), setting CITI up for an ITS. I sent in copies of their letters, a copy of my last statement, etc. demanding they change it to current PAYS AS AGREED. 5/7 CSC pulls a consumer reinvestigation soft. 5/8 report has all past dues gone, still currently 120 days past due, and no notation that a reinvestigation is in process. What is going on? I guess I will have to wait out the whole 30 day dispute period. Sigh.
