It shows in their system, but was stuck. The lady was very nice and re-took my info and apologized for the recent issues with their websites. They did an upgrade last weekend which caused mayhem. If your BT's don't post within a week, suggest calling them and asking them whats up. BT's typically post in 1-2 days to your account and 3-4 days electronically (credit payment) to your other cards. Just an FYI. The citi rep was very nice, and its always a pleasure to do business with them..
