Citi lowered rates

    I just got my new terms for my citi card. My rate was dropped to 12.9, but I thought this a variable but it states it is a fixed rate. Did anybody else get a fixed rate reduction???

    I changed from AAdvantage silver to Platinum Select Dividend & offered 16.9 fixed.

    I also got my terms change notice today .It doesn't say my APR is fixed or not.I combined my AA card and Driver Edge card two weeks ago but my Driver Edge account still shows "credit line $80",I thought that account was closed.

    Same here Ym, I combined my silver with gold and the silver still shows 80.00 credit line, but when I calll it states it is closed. Don't know where the get the 80.00 from??
