Hi, For about three years now I have carried a balance on my Citi Plat Select card and did not receive many offers during that time frame. The last two months or so I have had a zero balance and have already received two offers for additional cards from them. One was a new Plat Select with 0% until June 2004. I don't really want another card so my question is: Is there likely a limit increase in the future if I go a few more months with no activity? I only want the increase if there is no hard involved. thanks, todd
You should log on to your account online and click on credit line increase. If an application pops up, don't complete it. This will result in a hard inquiry. Otherwise, you may be informed that your credit can be increased by a specific amount. I bet you have an increase waiting for you. Good luck!!
