Is anyone else still having trouble?? I still can't log in, this is beyond frustrating They have been updating their online site since Sunday, enough is enough!!!
Speaking of Citi Online, does anyone else have a problem when they type in their username then start typing in their password and it JUMPS back up to the username line half way through??? ....this really ticks me off, and in at least one instance I have sent my password unencrypted because I typed so fast and hit ENTER before realizing I had typed "PasswordUsername" in the USERNAME field and submitted it. -Peace, Dave
Marci, I too am usually alone, and I know we are on a secure site, but even though HTTPS is secure, the USERNAME field is transmitted unencrypted...therefore if some ambitious fellow wished to trap the transmission of everyones citibank login attempt, every hundreth one would be like mine and send PasswordUsername and they could get in. Now I make doubly certain before hitting ENTER. Glad to hear it is not just me, but I think we should send Citi a note telling them this is a security risk. Maybe we should wait till all the other troubles settle down though BTW I logged into my accounts just fine. -Peace, Dave
