I started out in '98 or '99 with a citi classic card, then upgraded to Citi Plat select Mastercard. Then 2 months later, I changed to Citi Plat Dividend, same account no. but has rebate reward. Did I make the right decision? Any one had this experience? Pls. reply. Thanks.
