Citi Platinum Select Pre-app A

    I have one good cra, Equifax, what does this select preapproved form mean? Do you think it's worth the chance of an inquiry ? Bof A denied me with a preapproved letter , after I sent it in it was denied. Thanks

    PREAPPROVED+PRESELECTED=ZERO

    You will get an inquiry and there is no guarantee...I HAVE BEEN DENIED FOUR TIMES IN THE LAST THREE MONTHS...

    I got a universal bank pre-select yesterday with reservation # on it :)

    I have a Charge off from them :)

    I was told that the "Pre Select" applications are used by some of the credit card companies to obtain your current address and income information for use by collection agencies. Just a rumor tho

    I doubt it. You have to understand, that my universal card debt was sold to someone else. Hence at&t has NO LEGAL RIGHT to collect a dime, once the debt has been sold.

    I think at&t citibank is trolling experian or some online vendor, because theres NO way they could have mistyped my address the way they did unless they 1. got it off the internet or 2. got it off experian.
