I have had a Citibank AA secured card for almost 18 months, and have paid on time. I just found out that this account is not shown at all as a tradeline on any of the three credit reports. The only indication is an inquiry about every 3 months from Citibank. Is this typical, and what can I do to remedy this? Also, my 18 month period for the initial deposit to invest is almost up. How has Citibank been in converting secured cards to unsecured cards? Thanks in advance!
Hey Missy, I would just call and ask....Citibankers are nice... : ) Also you may want to try to apply for the Gold AA card online... with 18 months of payment history with citibank you should be able to get it... if you do cancel you secured account and apply for the silver aa card then combine into a platinum of your choice...
