Citi reporting

Is citi reporting for anyone? It has been almost five months since they last reported mine. I paid down $7500 two months ago, got them to reduce my APR substantially, and give me a good BT rate. I now want to use the BT to pay down other cards, and ask them for a lower rate and a better BT rate. But, I can't do anything until Citi reports.

Since Citi does not report very often, I should get a good bump in score from paying it down, and even if my balance goes back up, it won't be reported for a long time.

I called and asked. They said they try to report every three or four months. They claim they cannot do it special for me. I have to wait for the regular update. I know I could ask for verification from the CRA's, but they will take thirty days.

    Any suggestions?

I am having that same problem. My last update was in November. I did a balance transfer with Discover and I have the same balance showing on both when it is the same amount owed... I am assuming they should update this month since the last time was Nov.

Ron: Prior to December, when was your previous reporting?

It was October, one of the Citibank accounts didn't update since October.
