I called Citi again to ask why they have not reported to the CRA's for five months. She said they have a special FAX number to send a dispute if you want it reported. It is 605-330-6780. I am going to send something in now and see what response I get. Previously, they told me I could not do anything to get them to report at any time other than their normal schedule.
