Just call customer service, 1-800-950-5114. They'll have to run your credit report again...

 

They DON'T have to run a new report!!! It is NOT like a LAW!!!
Just say "you can use the old report, RIGHT"??? If they say no...YOU SAY...DON'T BOTHER...unless a HIT on your score doesn't matter...

 

Ask for your M2 score. You probably won't get a straight answer, but they may give you some idea.

The direct # for Retention is: 1-800-444-2568. There would be no credit check if your account is pre-approved for an increase (you can even check online).
