   Hi I just recived a letter from citi bank "special notice : respond by 4/15/01 to save with citibank plat select master card "
   
   I just close my home loan last week/ transunion 11 charge off but all paid /equifax 2 negative/experian 4 negative but all paid off
   
   any advice?
