In November, they pulled a soft inquiry for me on TU when I applied for an increase. What bothered me was that when I went to the credit line increase section, it did not ask me if I wanted an increase. It just assumed I did and denied me. I only went there to see what was involved and never did anything to indicate I was actually requesting an increase. At least it was a soft inquiry.
