   Got a silver in '99 upgraded it to a Gold CL=$6500 in June 2000. Should I upgrade to a plat select or apply for a different card. When and what should I do? Hi ho silver!!!

   Do Both. I upgraded my citibank gold to a dividend platinum select. Yesterday, I applied for and got the AAsilver-$5000 and the AAGold-$6000.
