My sister has tried to apply for this card at least 5 times online...keeps getting an error code once she's keyed in all the info. Is this card still offered by Citibank? Just seems weird that it just refuses to go through. I got the link for the app for her from one of the posts here... I guess if push comes to shove she could just call them and ask but was wondering if anyone here knows?
