Had my account for 4 billing cycles. Called customer service, asked if I would eligible for consideration in Apr % reduction. The lady gave me a answer in under 30 sec. She said she'd offer me Prime plus 5.9% Variable which brought me to 12.9 I believe which I had 16.9% previously. Now it's my best card Apr % wise, with exception to promo rates offered on my other cards. My2kgt
call back switch to a platinum select card, then call back a week later and ask for prime + 0.9% (at worst they'll give you prime+1.9%) If you really have some balls, ask for prime rate. I'll be doing that in about 3 months after paying it off. Currently my last statement rolled at 8.65%
