citibank account setup, help!!!!

    how long does it take from date you are approved before customer service shows you have a card #. I called the application number and they said I was approved on Friday 2/1. They said any futher calls should be directed to the customer service # 18009505114. I called them and they said they were unable to locate an account.

    How long before they show I have an account or for the number to be setup?

    How long would it be before I receive the card?

    My accounts were created immediately and I was allowed to use the # for purchases and cash advances immediately as well (about 35% of my limit). I was given instant approval though so it may be different when you have to go through new account services to establish your account.

    I did have to send them additional information, utility bill, paystub etc.

    Seems like it would show up pretty quick though.
