    I wrote them a compliment letter. They sent me a letter saying that they appreciate me taking the time to write them the letter. I hope that puts some sort of star next to me account. :)

    Did they ask for you to contact them again? Or that they are acting on your letter?

    I sent them a compliment letter too....it was sort of sarcastic but it was still a compliment. I commented on how I was happy about getting a mear $400 increase over the last 6 years! They didn't respond to me. Guess they didn't like my jokes.

    Maybe I should do one for DISCOVERCARD, thanking them FOR NEVER INCREASING MY CREDIT LIMIT IN 6+ YEARS...ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE ONLY SPENT >$200,000 ON THEIR CARD!!!
