Hello all, I recently sent a letter off to Citibank via planetfeedback regarding the APR on both of my cards. I received a message yesterday and called today. Both my Platinum Select and AAdvantage card are now at prime +5.4. She recommended calling frequently to see what else can be offered. I said it was a great start. Mike G.
Congrats! Not a bad deal for an AA card, but I'm sure in time (a very short time) you can get your Platinum Select APR lowered further. Could you post the phone # and the name of the dept that handled your issue? If you're not comfortable "going public" with this, please e-mail me. Thanks, Saar
