George, It is truly an example of the magic of the Christmas season! I got my cards yesterday, but was only able to consolidate the cards into one. I am calling back today about converting to a Plat. Select and getting a BT offer. The rep I spoke to last night was trying to tell me that BT offers are not always available. The credit struggle continues.... cariba
