Citibank balance inactive on CR?

    Anyone else with a Citibank CC have thier Credit reports showing Citibank not Active? My account hasn't been reporting to Equifax since May. What gives?

    ctitbank is pretty notorious for not updating credit reports..

    there were many threads on this a few years back..
    there is a number you can call the "credit reporting department" and they will update it for you usually with in a few days..

    if you cant find the number let me know, I have the post in my favorites at my work computer..
