I just cheched my citibank world master online and there are two BF offers for me;one is 6.99% ,another is 7.99%.both are no BF fee.I made a BF a couple of months ago.It seems they always offer BF online.
I heard recently that you can get a BT with CITI for 4.9 for life. .. might want to call and ask them. I hesitate because I am on a 2.9% until 3/4/02. However, I am thinking of transfering the balance of $2250 off to a Discover promo of 0% until June.. THEN while I have a 0 balance request a "for life" offer to transfer my balance on a Bank of America account.
