George, That's what she told them... She asked supervisor if they would rather get nothing from her than the 6.65 and they said, "that's your choice ma'm, not ours"!!! Basically card had not been used in for a nine-month period earlier this year so they targeted her acct. Her Citi Plat Select still has the 6.65 but has been used regularly. THEIR LOSS!
